2009 could be called the golden period for the netbooks, because in this year's sales of netbook really exciting. However, predicted, in the year 2010, the triumph of netbook laptops will be threatened by the ultra low voltage (ULV).

Netbook's popularity has declined because now the difference between notebooks and netbooks is only of size now, some notebooks are very light too these days. The major problem is that they're on a low power and hardware and these days normal Internet related applications have got kinda processor and memory hogger. So that could be the reason.
