In 2010, Acer promises Release Six Android Phone

Acer plans to launch five or six smart phone that uses Google's mobile operating system Android. Smart phones will be released next year.

"We are still evaluating the second semester," said Roger Yuen (Vice President, Acer's smart handheld business in Asia). He said, in the first half of 2010 Acer will send five or six Android-based handset.

Acer plans to reveal Android phone in three price levels: top, mid, and low-end. They will also be released models targeting business users and consumers. But he refused to say when the two Acer Android phone will be available in the market.
