MySpace Has New Finance Director

Company News Corp. is developing a former consultant MySpace chose Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) as Chief Officer of the new Finannce.

New high-ranking appointed News Corp. is, Mark Rosenbaum who before served as a consultant at MGM studios. Prior to working at MGM, Rosenbaum has worked as VP of Corporate Finance at Gemstar-TV. So that was launched by Reuters on Wednesday (7/10/2009).

Previously also, Rosenbaum also had financial control of the leading animation company Walt Disney. Her presence as a finance director will directly deal with MySpace CEO Owen Van Natta. Rosenbaum's presence is expected to improve financial performance that had dropped MySpace.

In June, MySpace had planned to cut 30 percent of its employees, is related to financial chart continues to decline. Yet since News Corp. purchased in 2005, MySpace was expected to be a tight competition from social networking site Facebook. (okezone)
