
Best Film trophy became the sixth trophy for 'The Hurt Locker' at the Academy Awards event held at the Kodak Theater, Los Angeles, Sunday (7/3/2010) evening local time. Previously, through the film, Kathryn Bigelow was chosen as Best Director.
Bigelow successfully defeat ex-husband, director James Cameron. Cameron previously staying digadang best directing. The movie 'Avatar' too much championed won Oscars.
'The Hurt Locker' relatively small berbujet movie, Kathryn spent only U.S. $ 11 million for work on the film. While 'Avatar' funds to dredge up to U.S. $ 237 million.
